Fate. That belief which states there is a predestined and natural order to the cosmos.
How else can you describe the events that led up to the current line-up of Goddass.
The journey began in Italy when three young musicians, Al Salerno, T Salerno and bassist Vendra, set off on their journey in 2004.
The band, leaded by Salerno Brothers, quickly build a cult following in the metal underground, international magazines and webzines with their unique blend of metal and melodies.
They tour Europe gathering more fans and they attract the interest of the business and in January 2008 they sign to EMG in Germany.
Their debut album "My Beautiful Sin, given birth with the collaboration of the producer Matt Hyde ( Slipknot,Bullet For My Valentine ) is recorded and released to industry acclaim.
After they tour Europe in 2009 the three former members of the band decide to move to London because it’s the home of rock music.
On a damp Autumn evening they take a night out in Limehouse and visit the Grapes, a small public house on the banks of the Thames steeped in history.
Three ambitious young musician leaning on the bar wondering what to choose. The guy next to them, wrapped in shadows and cloaked by the gloom of the bar offers his advice and they strike up a conversation.
Henry Rundell, ex singer of Voodoo Six and Goddass have been brought together.
Most rock bands write about fate - Goddass embody it. It's in their soul. It brought them together. The rest is history in the making.
